Buy Avapro for Treatment of High Blood Pressure

Avapro (irbesartan) is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It works by blocking certain natural substances in the body that cause the blood vessels to tighten. By preventing these substances from working, Avapro relaxes the blood vessels and allows blood to flow more freely, which lowers blood pressure.

Common Uses of Avapro

Avapro is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and to help protect the kidneys from damage due to diabetes. It is also used to reduce the risk of stroke in patients with high blood pressure and an enlarged heart. Avapro may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Dosage and Direction

Avapro is usually taken once a day with or without food. The recommended starting dose is 75 mg once daily. Your doctor may adjust your dose depending on your response to treatment. Follow your doctor's instructions carefully. Take Avapro exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take it in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.

Precautions

Before taking Avapro, tell your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease, or a history of heart attack or stroke. You may need a lower dose or special monitoring during treatment if you have any of these conditions.

Contraindications

Avapro should not be used if you are allergic to irbesartan. Do not use Avapro if you are pregnant. It could harm the unborn baby. Use effective birth control to prevent pregnancy while you are using this medicine. If you become pregnant, stop taking Avapro and tell your doctor right away.

Possible Side Effects

Common side effects of Avapro include dizziness, headache, nausea, diarrhea, and tiredness. If these effects persist or worsen, contact your doctor. Avapro can also cause a serious allergic reaction. Seek medical attention if you experience symptoms such as rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

Drug Interactions

Avapro may interact with other medicines, vitamins, or herbs you may be taking. Tell your doctor about all medicines, vitamins, or herbs you are taking. This includes prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products. Do not start a new medication without telling your doctor.

Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of Avapro, take it as soon as you remember. Do not take two doses at once.

Overdose

If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.

Storage

Store Avapro at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
